This distinctive Ed Monk-designed Pilothouse Trawler built by Nordlund Boat
Company served in missionary work among the coastal villages of Alaska. It¹s
present owner replaced the carpet, church pews and organ with beautiful
custom inlaid teak and holly floors, two comfortable leather hide-a-bed
couches and coordinating chairs. A gourmet galley with granite countertops
and custom sink have also been added. Sleeping accommodations include a
double berth in the master, three single berths in the second cabin and a
bunk house arrangement in the pilothouse. Both heads are nicely appointed
and have been updated with Corian counter tops.

All USCG safety requirements were updated this summer and a 2010 survey
reports says, ³³This vessel¹s hull, decks and house were tap sounded
EXTREMELY STRONG...it also has iron bark from 12 inches below the waterline
to 6 inches above the waterline for protection.² This warm, spacious,
luxuriously outfitted, and repowered Nordlund 52 Pilothouse Trawler is ready
for its new mission......to provide enjoyment and pleasure to a new owner¹s
family and friends!!!!
