Broker's Comments

This is a lovely old narrowboat, but a bit of a project.
Her owner has spent time and effort, but run out of steam!

She has some rot to the wooden panelling under the aluminium exterior, some electrics need completing and a general cosmetic retouch wouldn't go amiss.

She was out of the water for a survey in 2021 and blacked and new anodes at that time.

She has good accommodation for 4, with a full washroom and well equipped galley.
